New Accounts Representative | Full Time | Main Office *

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

*Two positions available

Located at the Main Office, Provides personalized banking services to prospective & existing clients.  Identifies needs of customers & recommends appropriate financial products & services. Open and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, Safe Deposit Boxes, HSA’s & IRA’s. Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including: loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services. Welcome clients and escort them to the appropriate person or department for their inquiry. Provide Notary Services. Other duties as assigned. Requires excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication abilities. Efficient computer keyboarding skills; MS Office Products. Prior bank experience desired. Highly conscientious and ethical with a high regard to the importance of confidential information.

Client Treasury Services Officer | Full-time | Downtown Office

Located at Hilltop’s Downtown Office. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective business clients. Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service. Assists with design of new services related to managing customer liquidity. Assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies. Contributes to the Bank’s deposit growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of treasury management products and services. Works closely with Business Development team in attaining customer sales goals. Attains established individual, department and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs. Requirements for this position include: Three years of related experience with treasury management sales, support, and business development experience in the financial services industry. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience or knowledge in cost and profitability analysis. Intermediate knowledge of related bank compliance regulations, bank products and services. Advanced computer skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related business field preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and time management skills to achieve maximum productivity.

Administrative Assistant - Personal Trusts | Full Time | Main Office *

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Located in our Trust Department at the Main Office. Provides administrative support for designated Trust Officer to include preparation of investment portfolio reviews, investment research and portfolio realignment as requested. Prepares data for operation processing. Retrieves and compiles data for designated accounts. Processes contribution and distribution checks. Prepares annual reports, and mails processing, schedule appointments. Requires excellent customer service skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High aptitude for figures; mathematical ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Exemplary organizational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor for client interaction. Background in investments and basic accounting procedures is helpful.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Open and revise checking, savings, time deposits, and safe deposit boxes. Explain and cross sell bank services. Open & maintain IRA accounts. Provide Notary Service. Provide assistance with card service products. Provide assistance with online banking functions. Handle telephone inquiries, prepare letters. Assist other team members. Complete reports as required. Provide general banking assistance to customers. Other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Verbal and written communication ability. Attention to detail a must. Efficient keyboarding and computer skills. Knowledge of Bank products/prior bank experience desired. Knowledge of IRA’s preferred. Good attendance record & professional appearance essential.

Commercial Lender | Full Time | Main Office

The Commercial Lender examines, evaluates, authorizes or recommends approval of loan applicants for individuals and businesses. Interviews applicants, requests information for loan application, as well as any required data for completion. Develops business relationships with existing and prospective customers. Analyzes financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan. Compiles and facilitates negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms. Approves loan within specified limits or prepares loan presentation to loan committee for approval in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures. Maintains loan file with current financial information per loan agreement. Responsible for monitoring own commercial portfolio, working past due accounts and collection efforts. Identifies and analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects for commercial loans.

The qualified candidate should have knowledge and understanding of commercial lending with the ability to identify primary and secondary sources of repayment. Strong verbal and written communications, and the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail. A high level of analytical skills as well as Microsoft Office products, including database software and financial spreadsheets. The preferred candidate possess a Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university; minimum of five years of commercial lending experience or three years as commercial lender with two year’s or credit analyst or other related lending experience.

Retirement Plan Recordkeeper | Full Time | Main Office

Located in the Trust Department. Assist with employee benefit plan recordkeeping services for the ongoing administration of retirement plans.  Perform data entry, account reconciliation and generate related reports. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of retirement plan contributions and distributions. Perform account reconciliation and generate reports for plan sponsor and participants. Assist with other duties as assigned. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail working with numbers, dates and financial data. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred. Excellent organizational skills. Previous retirement plan knowledge or experience is a plus.

Branch Services Representative | Full Time | Glenrock Office

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis at Casper Locations.

Located in Glenrock Wyoming. Open new accounts, prepare revisions to accounts. Cross-selling Bank services; listening to the clients to determine which products will meet their needs, and then offering Bank products. Handle client service requests, account closing, questions on electronic payments and access cards. Develops strong knowledge of all bank products and services. Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Requirements for this position include excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Computer skills and reliable attendance. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of small office. Must be goal motivated and sales oriented. Bank experience – teller, operations, or new accounts is preferred.
