Facilities Assistant | Full Time | Main Office

The Facilities Assistant is responsible for maintaining and inspecting all bank locations. Requires six months of experience or training related to maintenance such as HVAC, painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, and physical security. Effective communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift or move 50-100 lbs.

Client Services Representative | Full Time | Main Office

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Located at the Main Office. Support customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties: Help customers to obtain information and explain available financial services such as savings and checking accounts. Encourage e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries. Assist customers with debit card questions and issue new debit cards. Requirements include, excellent customer service skills, problem solving abilities, & knowledge of bank products & services. Computer skills & understanding of online services. Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently and in conjunction within the department and with other departments to assist with daily operations of banking products. Knowledge of bank operations desirable.

Lead Teller | Full Time | Mountain Plaza Office

Monday – Friday, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis. Shift varies from 8:00 am-5:00pm & 9:00am-6:00pm on M – F

Located at our west side location.  Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals as well as lock-box and mail deposits. Provide Teller overrides. ATM balancing duties. Cross-selling Bank services. Requires excellent communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills. Two years of Teller Experience, and/or other supervisory experience. Knowledge of all Bank services. Understanding of uncollected funds, proper endorsements, collection items, general Teller procedures and policies. Proficient computer skills. Experience with Fiserv teller-related applications preferred.

Administrative Assistant - Personal Trusts | Full Time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Located in our Trust Department at the Main Office. Provides administrative support for designated Trust Officer to include preparation of investment portfolio reviews, investment research and portfolio realignment as requested.  Prepares data for operation processing. Retrieves and compiles data for designated accounts. Processes contribution and distribution checks. Prepares annual reports, and mails processing, schedule appointments. Requires excellent customer service skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High aptitude for figures; mathematical ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Exemplary organizational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor for client interaction. Background in investments and basic accounting procedures is helpful.

Client Relationship Management Representative | Full Time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Located at the Main Office, Provides personalized banking services to prospective & existing clients.  Identifies needs of customers & recommends appropriate financial products & services. Open and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, Safe Deposit Boxes, HSA’s & IRA’s. Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including: loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services. Welcome clients and escort them to the appropriate person or department for their inquiry. Provide Notary Services. Other duties as assigned. Requires excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication abilities. Efficient computer keyboarding skills; MS Office Products. Prior bank experience desired. Highly conscientious and ethical with a high regard to the importance of confidential information.

Credit Analyst | Full Time | Main Office

The Credit Analyst provides meaningful analysis of financial statements and, of business and economic trends that impact borrowers. Evaluate credit risk by spreading and analyzing borrower financial statements. Assist lenders in all aspects of the risk assessment process. Participate in meetings with customers. Completes detailed written reports. Understanding of credit policies and appropriate underwriting guidelines and ability to apply this knowledge in the review and structuring of credits. This position requires prior credit analysis experience as well as accounting background or education. Strong Excel proficiency, as well as effective written skills for accurate documentation preparation. This position entails an individual with an aptitude for figures, and high attention to detail. Ability to work independently; organization & time management skills for meeting deadlines. Commands critical thinking skills to interpret data relevancy, thriving interpersonal communication skills for customer interaction.

Administrative Assistant - Retirement Plans | Full Time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Located in the Trust Department. Provides assistance to Retirement Plan Trust Officer in account file management services. Assists with administration of employee benefit accounts including 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans. Assists officer with servicing needs related to retirement plans. Prepares participant communications for loans and distributions. Answers calls and inquiries from clients, employer/plan sponsors and participants. Assist with other duties as assigned. Requires excellent Customer Service Skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail working with numbers, dates, and financial data. Proficiency with MS Office products including Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills.

Mortgage Loan Processor | Full Time | Main Office

Located at the Main Office. Responsible for providing administrative support to Mortgage Loan Officers for obtaining and verifying client information to meet loan standards and regulations for loan approval and closing.  Assists clients with questions on the loan application process, and schedules appointments. Maintains open communication with the borrower, realtor, and title company to answer questions. Schedules appointments for prequalification’s and loan closings. Other duties as assigned. Requires excellent customer service and communication skills in person, phone, and email. High attention to detail and time management skills for meeting deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office including Word, and Excel. Reliable attendance for completing tasks timely. Prior loan processing or other bank experience preferred.

Monday – Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis   

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Handle client service requests regarding account closing, questions on bank products and services, electronic payments and card limits. Adheres to all security procedures, maintains standards in handling cash drawer and balancing. Other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Retail or cash handling experience.
