Operations Specialist | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Performs a variety of responsibilities related to transactions postings to ensure accuracy of records and reconcilements to support the Operations Department. Administer all garnishments, levies, liens, ensuring that Bank procedures are followed.  Assist with the Bank’s daily EIM processing, including the handling of all non-post, stop pay, credit back and Fed return items, as well as the daily balancing, check returns, and sending out notices to customers. Process NSF charge-offs and recoveries. Perform various operational functions including application balancing, FR 2900 submission, Reg D and mail return notices. Reconcile several general ledger accounts on a daily basis, including the Bank’s Fed account, as well as operational/clearing accounts. Review Positive Pay activity on a daily basis. Assist other Operations personnel in completion of daily and monthly tasks, as needed. Knowledge and/or ability to quickly learn and get familiar with bank operational processes. Knowledge and familiarity with bank core systems (Fiserv Premier preferred). Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Fiserv Premier). Administrative Assistant - Personal Trusts | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Provides administrative support for designated Trust Officer to include preparation of investment portfolio reviews, investment research and portfolio realignment as requested.  Prepares data for operation processing. Retrieves and compiles data for designated accounts. Processes contribution and distribution checks. Performs various calculations related to investment performance. Handles routine correspondence with customers. Prepares draft Summary Annual reports. Mail Processing, schedule appointments & other duties as requested. Requires excellent customer service skills.  Solid verbal and written communication skills. High aptitude for figures; mathematical ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Good typing, grammar, and spelling ability. Exemplary organizational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor for client interaction. Sales & Service Manager | Glenrock Office

Oversees daily operations of branch, including teller services, new accounts and client services. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the daily operations of the Glenrock Branch. Meet with customers and potential customers on any credit needs. Develop profitable client base for consumer lending, underwrite and complete consumer loans. Supervise branch staff ensuring customer service standards are consistently met. Provides training, scheduling, and performance feedback.  Interviews applicants for staff positions and offers selection recommendations. Ensures product & service promotions and cross-selling are ongoing,  as appropriate to client needs,  including loans, cards, online & mobile banking products, trust, payroll services, and other bank products. Maintain and develop strong community and client business relationships. Support and enhance employee development, client satisfaction, and growth in customer base for branch. Branch Services Representative | Downtown Office

Monday – Friday, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Accept loan payments. Cross-selling Bank services; listening to the clients to determine which products will meet their needs, and then offering Bank products. Open new accounts, prepare revisions to accounts. Handle client service requests, account closing, questions on electronic payments and access cards. Develops strong knowledge of all bank products and services. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Computer skills and reliable attendance. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of small office. Must be goal motivated and sales oriented. Bank experience – teller, operations, or new accounts is preferred.

Administrative Assistant – Retirement Plans | Main Office

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Provides assistance to Retirement Plan Trust Officer in account file management services. Assists with administration of employee benefit accounts including 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans. Assists officer with servicing needs related to retirement plans. Prepares participant communications for loans and distributions. Answers calls and inquiries from clients, employer/plan sponsors and participants. Assist with other duties as assigned. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Client Services Representative | Main Office

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Support customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties: Help customers to obtain information and explain available financial services such as savings and checking accounts, online banking, mobile banking, debit card inquires and maintenance, wire transfers, security code words, stop payments, reconcilements, balance transfers and account closing. Answer customer questions, investigate and correct errors and establish/maintain records. Encourage e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries. Assist customers with debit card questions and issue new debit cards. Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Adequate written/oral communications skills, including telephone skills. Excellent customer service skills, problem solving abilities, & knowledge of bank products & services. Computer skills (Word processing, Windows, typing, spelling & grammar for written communication) & understanding of online services. Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently and in conjunction within the department and with other departments to assist with daily operations of banking products. Knowledge of bank operations desirable.

Client Relationship Management Representative | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Provides personalized banking services to prospective & existing clients.  Identifies needs of customers & recommends appropriate financial products & services. Open and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, Safe Deposit Boxes, HSA’s & IRA’s. Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including: loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services. Welcome clients and escort them to the appropriate person or department for their inquiry. Correspond appropriately and professionally via phone, email or other means. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures. Provide Notary Services. Other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Efficient computer keyboarding skills. MS Office Products: Word, Outlook & basic Excel; ability to learn new software.
