Client Relationship Management Representative     |     Mountain Plaza Office

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Open and revise checking, savings, time deposits, and safe deposit boxes. Explain and cross sell bank services. Open & maintain IRA accounts. Provide Notary Service. Provide assistance with card service products. Provide assistance with online banking functions. Handle telephone inquiries, prepare letters. Assist other team members. Complete reports as required. Provide general banking assistance to customers. Other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Verbal and written communication ability. Attention to detail a must. Efficient keyboarding and computer skills. Knowledge of Bank products/prior bank experience desired. Knowledge of IRA’s preferred. Good attendance record & professional appearance essential.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Provides assistance to Retirement Plan Trust Officer in account file management services.  Assists with administration of employee benefit accounts including 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans. Assists officer with servicing needs related to retirement plans. Prepares participant communications for loans and distributions. Answers calls and inquiries from clients, employer/plan sponsors and participants. Assist with other duties as assigned. Requires excellent customer service skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail working with numbers, dates, and financial data. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills.

Administrative Assistant – Retirement Plans Trust/Financial Services Department     |     Main Office

Client Services Supervisor     |     Main Office

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Oversees day-to-day operations of Client Services Dept., ensuring high customer service standards are met. Resolves customer problems as appropriate. Performs variety of operational and supervisory functions. Responsible for compliance issues. Scheduling and staff cross-training. Developing procedure manuals. Oversees collection process on closed accounts. Facilitates/communicates with other internal functions and/or Departments, specifically Card Services and E Services managers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications include: excellent customer service skills. Strong operational bank experience. Supervisory experience. Computer skills for data input, correspondence. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers and bank personnel.

Part Time

Branch Services Representative     |    Glenrock Office

Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday Mornings on a rotation basis at Casper locations.

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Paying and cashing checks. Assist customers with questions, suggest suitable products and services. Accepting loan payments, prepaid cards, complete wire requests. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Excellent customer service skills. Aptitude for figures, basic computer skills. Cash handling experience. Accuracy essential. Good attendance & punctuality. Banking experience desirable.

Drive-Up Teller     |    Mountain Plaza Office

Monday – Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals, cross-selling bank services, accepting loan payments, and various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Aptitude for figures, attention to detail. Ability to work with money under pressure. Good attendance & punctuality. Accuracy essential. Banking experience desirable, also any other public contact experience.

Branch Services Representative     |    Downtown Office

Monday – Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday Mornings on a rotation basis.

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Paying and cashing checks. Cross-selling bank services. Accepting loan payments. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor.
