Facilities Assistant | Full-time | Main Office

Assist the Facilities Manager in the responsibilities of all bank facilities. Assist with all direct facility related matters, janitorial contracts, contacting vendors, physical security, remodeling coordination, bank fleet vehicle maintenance, landscape, snow removal, and general maintenance issues. General walk through each day of the Main Branch, inspecting interior and exterior for maintenance and security needs. Inspecting other branch facilities for maintenance & security needs weekly. Deliver supplies to branch locations weekly or as needed. Contact outside vendors as directed for discussion of needed services or repairs; schedule as necessary. Fleet vehicles – perform routine maintenance and repairs. Perform basic repairs related to painting, plumbing, and carpentry. Other duties as assigned. High school diploma; at least three to six months related experience or training; knowledge or training specific to areas of maintenance, including HVAC, painting, landscape, general electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, and physical security. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence. Effective communication skills. Ability to lift and/or move approximately 50-100 lbs. Basic computer skills including Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for the coordination of all marketing, social media, and networking opportunity activities of the Bank. Serves as primary contact with outside marketing firm and coordinates all marketing activities outlined in the marketing plan as approved by the Board of Directors. Represents the Bank at community, business, and educational functions and events. Recommends and manages marketing budget, assists in development of marketing and advertising strategies. Three to five years of related marketing experience and/or training; Bachelor’s degree or educational experience through work related experience in a financial institution. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; effective verbal and written communication abilities. Advanced computer skills, experience with word processing, spreadsheet and specialty marketing software programs and social media sites.
