Client Service Representative     |     Main Office

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Assist customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties: Assist customers to obtain information and explain available financial services such as savings and checking accounts, online banking, mobile banking, debit card inquires and maintenance, wire transfers, security code words, stop payments, reconcilements, balance transfers and account closing. Answer customer questions, investigate and correct errors and establish/maintain records. Assist e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries. Assist customers with debit card questions and issue new debit cards. Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Excellent written/oral communications skills, including telephone skills. Excellent customer service skills, problem solving abilities, & knowledge of bank products & services. Computer skills (Word processing, Windows, typing, spelling & grammar for written communication) & understanding of online services.  Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently and in conjunction within the department and with other departments to assist with daily operations of banking products. Knowledge of bank operations desirable.

Internal Control Assistant- Compliance Department     |     Main Office

Monday – Friday

Completion of Currency Transaction Reports. Complete self-assessments for various areas of the Bank. Clerical assistance with audit preparation and training sessions. Monthly and annual reviews of closely monitored, MSB, and exempt accounts. Monitoring and clearing OFAC and other watch lists & alerts in FCRM; monetary instrument review. Other compliance related duties as assigned. High attention to detail. Computer skills (Microsoft Office); ability to learn new software. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Typing, spelling, and grammar for written communications. Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently and in conjunction with other departments. Ability to read publications and research information. Prior banking experience preferred.

Client Relationship Management Representative     |     Main Office

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Provides personalized banking services to prospective & existing clients.  Identifies needs of customers & recommends appropriate financial products & services. Open and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, HSA’s & IRA’s. Promoting and cross-selling other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including: loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services. Welcome clients and escort them to the appropriate person or department for their inquiry. Correspond appropriately and professionally via phone, email or other means. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures. Provide Notary Services. Other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Efficient computer keyboarding skills. MS Office Products: Word, Outlook & basic Excel; ability to learn new software. Knowledge of bank products/prior bank experience desired. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management. Highly conscientious and ethical with a high regard to the importance of confidential information. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general banking procedures, correspondence, and regulations. Flexible in regard to duties and hours. Reliable attendance record.

 

Client Services Supervisor     |     Main Office

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Oversees day-to-day operations of Client Services Dept., ensuring high customer service standards are met. Resolves customer problems as appropriate. Performs variety of operational and supervisory functions. Responsible for compliance issues. Scheduling and staff cross-training. Developing procedure manuals. Oversees collection process on closed accounts. Facilitates/communicates with other internal functions and/or Departments, specifically Card Services and E Services managers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications include: excellent customer service skills. Strong operational bank experience. Supervisory experience. Computer skills for data input, correspondence. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers and bank personnel.

Lead Teller     |     Motorbank Office

Monday – Friday, rotating shifts 7:15am-4:30pm and 9:00am-6:00pm, some Saturdays.

Process personal & commercial checking and savings deposits and withdrawals, complete lock-box and mail deposits, provide teller overrides, balance ATM,  process change orders as required, cross-selling bank services. Requirements are excellent customer service skills, prior bank experience, accuracy essential , ability to work with money under pressure and aptitude for figures.

Part Time

Branch Services Representative     |    Glenrock Office

Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday Mornings on a rotation basis at Casper locations.

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Paying and cashing checks. Assist customers with questions, suggest suitable products and services. Accepting loan payments, prepaid cards, complete wire requests. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Excellent customer service skills. Aptitude for figures, basic computer skills. Cash handling experience. Accuracy essential. Good attendance & punctuality. Banking experience desirable.

Drive-Up Teller     |    Mountain Plaza Office

Monday – Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals, cross-selling bank services, accepting loan payments, and various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Aptitude for figures, attention to detail. Ability to work with money under pressure. Good attendance & punctuality. Accuracy essential. Banking experience desirable, also any other public contact experience.

Drive-Up Teller     |    Mountain Plaza Office

Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday Mornings on a rotation basis.

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Paying and cashing checks. Cross-selling bank services. Accepting loan payments. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor.
