CURRENT OPENINGS

Sales & Service Manager     |     Downtown Office     |     Full Time

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the daily operations of the Downtown Branch and Motor Bank. Supervise branch staff ensuring customer service standards are consistently met. Provides training, scheduling, and performance feedback. Interviews applicants for staff positions and offers selection recommendations. Ensures product & service promotions and cross-selling are ongoing,  as appropriate to client needs,  including loans, cards, online & mobile banking products, trust, payroll services, and other bank products. Maintain and develop strong community and client business relationships. Develop profitable client base for Consumer Lending. Support and enhance employee development, client satisfaction, and growth in customer base for branch. Other duties as assigned. Two to four years related banking and supervisory/management experience and training. Training and demonstrated skills in customer service and effective communication. Ability to motivate staff and market products and services for the Bank.

Client Services Representative     |     Main Office     |     Full Time

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Assist customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, and in person. Explain available financial services, problem resolution, and maintain records. Assist with ACH processing, debit cards, and other duties as assigned. Requirements include excellent written/ oral communication skills, including telephone skills, problem-solving abilities, computer skills, and knowledge of bank products & services.
