Human Resources/Benefits Representative     |     Main Office

This position works with multiple facets of HR to include bank personnel records, HR policies, employee benefits, and payroll administration. Maintain Bank personnel records related to benefits, compensation, attendance/timekeeping, performance management.  Serves in an administrator role for specific software applications. Compile payroll data including hours, deductions, census, time off accruals.  Process payroll and prepare reporting.  Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state payroll related laws and bank policies. Conduct insurance benefit enrollment meetings with employees; assists employees with related questions.  Works with TPA and broker for problem resolution. Answer inquiries, ensure compliance and provide general support related to Bank and HR policies, regulations, and best practices for Bank employees and supervisors. Compile various salary surveys, special projects, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and other HR related duties as assigned. Prior payroll, group insurance, or personnel records management and knowledge of related laws/regulations. Competency for multi-tasking with a variety of tasks. Strong aptitude for figures, details, & high level of accuracy in work produced. Analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel, Crystal, payroll software, file importing/exporting.  Ability to learn new software. Flexibility regarding work hours – overtime is required during peak times. Capability to work with sensitive information in a professional & confidential manner. Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and business clients and vendors. Excellent customer service & oral and written communication skills.

Client Services Representative     |     Main Office

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Assist customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, and in person.  Explain available financial services, problem resolution, and maintain records.  Assist with ACH processing, debit cards, and other duties as assigned.  Requirements include excellent written/ oral communication skills, including telephone skills, problem-solving abilities, computer skills, and knowledge of bank products & services.
