Administrative Assistant - Personal Trusts | Full Time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Located in our Trust Department at the Main Office. Provides administrative support for designated Trust Officer to include preparation of investment portfolio reviews, investment research and portfolio realignment as requested.  Prepares data for operation processing. Retrieves and compiles data for designated accounts. Processes contribution and distribution checks. Prepares annual reports, and mails processing, schedule appointments. Requires excellent customer service skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High aptitude for figures; mathematical ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Exemplary organizational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor for client interaction. Background in investments and basic accounting procedures is helpful.

Administrative Assistant - Retirement Plans | Full Time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Located in the Trust Department. Provides assistance to Retirement Plan Trust Officer in account file management services. Assists with administration of employee benefit accounts including 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans. Assists officer with servicing needs related to retirement plans. Prepares participant communications for loans and distributions. Answers calls and inquiries from clients, employer/plan sponsors and participants. Assist with other duties as assigned. Requires excellent Customer Service Skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail working with numbers, dates, and financial data. Proficiency with MS Office products including Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills.

Client Relationship Management Representative | Full Time | Main Office

(*Two positions available)

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Located at the Main Office, Provides personalized banking services to prospective & existing clients.  Identifies needs of customers & recommends appropriate financial products & services. Open and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, Safe Deposit Boxes, HSA’s & IRA’s. Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including: loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services. Welcome clients and escort them to the appropriate person or department for their inquiry. Provide Notary Services. Other duties as assigned. Requires excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication abilities. Efficient computer keyboarding skills; MS Office Products. Prior bank experience desired. Highly conscientious and ethical with a high regard to the importance of confidential information.

Lead Teller | Full Time | Motor Bank Office

Monday - Friday – 9:00am-6:00pm; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Located at our Motor Bank in Downtown Casper. Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Cross-selling Bank services. Accepting loan payments. Approval of items under pre-arranged limits and guidelines. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Excellent customer service skills. Aptitude for figures. Ability to work with money under pressure. Understanding of uncollected funds, proper endorsements, collection items. Ability to work independently and sound decision making ability. Accuracy essential. Good attendance & punctuality. Bank experience required.   

Part Time Opportunities

Drive-Up Teller | Part Time | MotorBank Office

Monday - Friday, 3:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Located in Downtown Casper. Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals, accepting loan payments. Cross-selling bank services. Requires excellent customer service and cash handling skills. Accuracy essential. Good attendance & punctuality.

Branch Services Representative | Part Time | Downtown Office

Monday – Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis   

Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Handle client service requests regarding account closing, questions on bank products and services, electronic payments and card limits. Adheres to all security procedures, maintains standards in handling cash drawer and balancing. Other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Retail or cash handling experience. Computer skills. Reliable attendance. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of small office – team oriented. Professional appearance and demeanor for client interaction.

Monday – Friday 12:00pm to 5:00pm, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis
