Client Services Representative | Main Office
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Assist customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, and in person. Explain available financial services, problem resolution, and maintain records. Assist with ACH processing, debit cards, and other duties as assigned. Requirements include excellent written/ oral communication skills, including telephone skills, problem-solving abilities, computer skills, and knowledge of bank products & services.
Client Treasury Services Customer Support    |    Downtown Office
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Responsible for daily customer service & operational support duties of treasury management systems, products, and services to business clients, including remote deposit capture, ACH, and related electronic banking. Works closely with Client Treasury Services & Electronic Banking/Client Services staff, and Business Development Officer(s) in attaining goals for customer satisfaction & retention. Processes requests including the setup and maintenance of all treasury management products. Troubleshoots incoming and escalated calls which may require solutions of a semi-technical nature. Maintains all Treasury Management customer files in the Bank’s image archive system. Maintains a detailed tracking system that provides the Bank with a comprehensive list of cash management customers, including products and services utilized by this customer segment.
Assists with periodic review of Merchant Source Capture and ACH customers, third party sender service providers, and other users of Treasury Management products. Other duties as assigned. Prior bank operations or bank retail experience desired. Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Fiserv software a plus. Exemplary customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively. Solid attention to detail and problem solving competencies. Time management skills to achieve maximum productivity and meet deadlines.
Branch Services Representative     |    Glenrock Office
Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday Mornings on a rotation basis at Casper locations.
Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Paying and cashing checks. Assist customers with questions, suggest suitable products and services. Accepting loan payments, prepaid cards, complete wire requests. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Excellent customer service skills. Aptitude for figures, basic computer skills. Cash handling experience. Accuracy essential. Good attendance & punctuality. Banking experience desirable.
Drive-Up Teller     |    Mountain Plaza Office
Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.
Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Paying and cashing checks. Cross-selling bank services. Accepting loan payments. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Excellent customer service skills. Aptitude for figures, basic computer skills. Ability to work with money under pressure. Accuracy essential. Good attendance & punctuality. Banking or retail experience desirable.
Drive-Up Teller     |    Main Office
Monday – Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.
Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals. Paying and cashing checks. Processing night drop bags and RDC. Cross-selling bank services. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Aptitude for figures, attention to detail. Ability to work with money under pressure. Prior bank or cash handling experience desirable. Basic computer skills.
