Commercial Lender | Full Time | Cheyenne Office - Opening soon

The Commercial Lender examines, evaluates, authorizes or recommends approval of loan applicants for individuals and businesses. Interviews applicants, requests information for loan application, as well as any required data for completion. Develops business relationships with existing and prospective customers. Analyzes financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan. Compiles and facilitates negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms. Approves loan within specified limits or prepares loan presentation to loan committee for approval in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures. Maintains loan file with current financial information per loan agreement. Responsible for monitoring own commercial portfolio, working past due accounts and collection efforts. Identifies and analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects for commercial loans.
The qualified candidate should have knowledge and understanding of commercial lending with the ability to identify primary and secondary sources of repayment. Strong verbal and written communications, and the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail. A high level of analytical skills as well as Microsoft Office products, including database software and financial spreadsheets. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, five years of commercial lending experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Our Wealth Management Department is a full service trust department where officers are responsible for providing new business development, estate planning, building custom portfolios to meet client needs, and managing client relationships for approximately 200 accounts. Position requires knowledge of state law and fiduciary principles. Candidates with CTFA designation desired. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, five years of wealth management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Branch Operations Supervisor | Full Time | Mountain Plaza Office
Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.
Process personal & commercial checking and savings deposits and withdrawals; Provide Teller Overrides. Assist opening and revising checking, savings, time deposits, and safe deposits boxes; cross sell bank services. Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery Performs supervisory responsibilities including but not limited to scheduling, resolving customer issues, assisting with research or balancing, training of staff, handling day-to-day direct supervision. Assist customers with account and debit card issues. Generate monthly branch productivity reports. Provide Notary services to customers. Assist manager with other duties as assigned. Qualifications for this position: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills. Mastery of teller procedures, a minimum of five year of banking experience –Client Services, Operations, and New Accounts. Understanding of uncollected funds, proper endorsements, collection items, general Teller procedures and policies. Good attendance & punctuality. Sound decision making ability. Proficient computer skills. Notary Public registration. Experience with Fiserv teller-related applications preferred.
Loan Service Representative | Full Time | Main Office
Located at the Main Office. Performs a variety of clerical and customer service duties related to loans. Assists customers at counter and by telephone. Process mailed loan payments and incoming transactions. Input loans on computer. Application of participation payments and advances. Reconcile Construction loan checking account, commercial and installment filing account. Credit Disputes. Provide Notary service. Assist with insurance. Other duties as assigned. Requirements for this position, excellent customer service skills. Computer experience in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Aptitude for figures, accuracy and detail oriented. Ability to perform duties while maintaining a high level of customer service. Previous loan experience desirable.
Client Services Representative | Full Time | Main Office
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Located at the Main Office. Support customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties: Assist customers in obtaining information and explaining available services such as savings and checking accounts. Encourage e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries. Assist customers with debit card questions and issue new debit cards. Requirements including: sound written/oral communications, including telephone, excellent customer service, problem solving & knowledge of bank products & online services, and computer skills. Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently. Knowledge of bank operations desirable.
Branch Services Representative | Compass Office
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.
Responsible for performing the following duties as needed, including, but not limited to: Assist customers with cash and depository transactions and maintain records of all transactions. Open/Close/Maintain checking, savings, time deposit, IRA, and H.S.A. accounts. Assist customers with questions or issues on their deposit accounts, ATM/Debit cards, or general product or service needs. Promotes and cross sells other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services. Maintains current knowledge and consistent compliance with banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications for this position include: Experience in one or more areas of branch services – teller, new accounts, client services, consumer loans. Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling and administering financial products. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills. Reliable attendance critical for small branch office.
Lobby Teller | Full Time | Main Office
Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.
Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions. Process change orders as required. Cross-selling Bank services. Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery. Various other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Prior Bank Experience Preferred. Accuracy essential. Ability to work with money under pressure. Aptitude for figures.
