Loan Processor | Full Time | Main Office

Located at the Main Office. Prepare commercial and consumer loan documentation. Responsible for file organization and maintenance. Performs a comprehensive pre and post-closing review of commercial and consumer loan documents to ensure they are prepared accurately and consistent with credit policies and applicable Federal and State regulations. Assist with reporting requirements. Other duties as assigned. Requires experience in loan processing or other related bank experience. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability. Great attention to detail & accuracy, able to prioritize and utilize effective judgment to meet deadlines.

Client Services Representative | Full Time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Located at the Main Office. Support customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties: Assist customers in obtaining information and explaining available services such as savings and checking accounts. Encourage e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries. Assist customers with debit card questions and issue new debit cards. Requirements including: sound written/oral communications, including telephone, excellent customer service, problem solving & knowledge of bank products & online services, and computer skills. Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently. Knowledge of bank operations desirable.

Administrative Assistant – Personal Trusts | Full Time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Located in our Wealth Management Department at the Main Office.  Provides administrative support for designated Trust Officers. Prepares data for operation processing. Retrieves and compiles data for designated accounts. Processes contribution and distribution checks. Performs various calculations related to investment performance. Handles routine correspondence with customers. Prepares draft Summary Annual reports. Mail Processing, schedule appointments & other duties as requested. Qualifications for this position include: Excellent customer service skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High aptitude for figures; mathematical ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Good typing, grammar, and spelling ability. Exemplary organizational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor for client interaction. Background in investments and basic accounting procedures is helpful. Ability/ Flexibility to work overtime.

Branch Operations Supervisor | Full Time | Mountain Plaza Office

Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Process personal & commercial checking and savings deposits and withdrawals; Provide Teller Overrides. Assist opening and revising checking, savings, time deposits, and safe deposits boxes; cross sell bank services. Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery Performs supervisory responsibilities including but not limited to scheduling, resolving customer issues, assisting with research or balancing, training of staff, handling day-to-day direct supervision. Assist customers with account and debit card issues. Generate monthly branch productivity reports. Provide Notary services to customers. Assist manager with other duties as assigned. Qualifications for this position: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills. Mastery of teller procedures, a minimum of five year of banking experience –Client Services, Operations, and New Accounts.  Understanding of uncollected funds, proper endorsements, collection items, general Teller procedures and policies.  Good attendance & punctuality. Sound decision making ability. Proficient computer skills. Notary Public registration. Experience with Fiserv teller-related applications preferred.

Administrative Assistant - Retirement Plans | Full Time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Provides assistance to Retirement Plan Trust Officer in account file management services. Assists with administration of employee benefit accounts including 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans. Assists officer with servicing needs related to retirement plans including some recordkeeping and processing payroll contributions to retirement plans. Answers calls and inquiries from clients, employer/plan sponsors and participants. Reconciliation and monitoring of accounts. Assist with other duties as assigned. This position requires: Excellent Customer Service Skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail working with Numerals and financial data. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills.

Internal Control Assistant | Full Time | Main Office

Located in the Main Office. Complete self-assessments for various areas of the Bank. Clerical assistance with audit preparation and training sessions. Internal Controls testing based on regulatory requirements. Other compliance related duties as assigned. Requirements for this position are, high attention to detail. Computer skills (Microsoft Office, most importantly Word and Excel). Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Typing, spelling, and grammar for written communications. Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently and in conjunction with other departments. Ability to read & interpret publications and research information. Prior banking industry including trust experience preferred.

Part Time Opportunities

Safe Deposit Box Representative | Part Time | Main Office

Monday – Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm

Serves the Bank clients by opening accounts, providing authorized access, and responding to inquiries. Assists in New Accounts Department as time allows with general clerical responsibilities. Identifies & Admits customers to Safe Deposit Boxes according to procedure. Opens & closes safe deposit boxes. Responsible for annual reporting of accounts and communication with customers with dormant accounts. Responsible for safe deposit box processing, including billing, letters for drilling and new account box set-up. Provides clerical support to department. Other duties may be assigned. Job requirements for this position are as follows: excellent customer contact skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Efficient keyboarding for computer input. Reliable attendance. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general banking procedures, correspondence, and regulations. Ability to physically escort clients to different areas of Bank. Knowledge of bank products & services desired but not required.
