New Accounts Representative | Full time | Main Office

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis.

Located at the Main Office, Provides personalized banking services to prospective & existing clients.  Identifies needs of customers & recommends appropriate financial products & services. Open and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, Safe Deposit Boxes, HSA’s & IRA’s. Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including: loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services. Welcome clients and escort them to the appropriate person or department for their inquiry. Provide Notary Services. Other duties as assigned. Requires excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication abilities. Efficient computer keyboarding skills; MS Office Products. Prior bank experience desired. Highly conscientious and ethical with a high regard to the importance of confidential information.

Client Treasury Services Customer Support | Full-time | Downtown Office

Responsible for daily customer service & operational support duties of treasury management systems, products, and services to business clients, including remote deposit capture, ACH, and related electronic banking. Works closely with Client Treasury Services & Electronic Banking/Client Services staff, and Business Development Officer(s) in attaining goals for customer satisfaction & retention. Processes requests including the setup and maintenance of all treasury management products. Troubleshoots incoming and escalated calls which may require solutions of a semi-technical nature. Maintains all Treasury Management customer files in the Bank’s image archive system.   Maintains a detailed tracking system that provides the Bank with a comprehensive list of cash management customers, including products and services utilized by this customer segment. Assists with periodic review of Merchant Source Capture and ACH customers, third party sender service providers, and other users of Treasury Management products. Other duties as assigned. Prior bank operations or bank retail experience desired. Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Experience with Fiserv software a plus. Exemplary customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively. Solid attention to detail and problem-solving competencies. Time management skills to achieve maximum productivity and meet deadlines.

Client Services Representative | Full Time | Main Office

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Located at the Main Office. Support customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties: Assist customers in obtaining information and explaining available services such as savings and checking accounts. Encourage e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries. Assist customers with debit card questions and issue new debit cards. Requirements including: sound written/oral communications, including telephone, excellent customer service, problem solving & knowledge of bank products & online services, and computer skills. Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently. Knowledge of bank operations desirable.

Part Time Opportunities

Safe Deposit Box Representative | Part Time | Main Office

Serves the Bank clients by opening accounts, providing authorized access, and responding to inquiries. Assists in New Accounts Department as time allows with general clerical responsibilities.  Identifies & Admits customers to Safe Deposit Boxes according to procedure. Opens & closes safe deposit boxes. Responsible for annual reporting of accounts and communication with customers with dormant accounts. Responsible for safe deposit box processing, including billing, letters for drilling and new account box set-up. Provides clerical support to department. Other duties may be assigned. Job requirements for this position are as follows: excellent customer contact skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Efficient keyboarding for computer input. Reliable attendance. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general banking procedures, correspondence, and regulations. Ability to physically escort clients to different areas of Bank. Knowledge of bank products & services desired but not required.
